Job Overview:

The Client Creative Director (CCD) will leverage their experience in managing digital marketing and social media, as well as their extensive real world marketing agency experience to deliver high quality service to our clients while improving success and retention of our social media clients. In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside the founder and CEO to drive the company’s mission. Your passion and experience in developing and mentoring others will prove to be essential as we drive our organization - and mission - to the next level.            


  • Fulfillment of all social media agency revenue
  • Client retention & scope fulfillment
  • Agency social media creative standards
  • Building out the CCD role and standardizing management activities
  • Team hiring, development and growth

(Additional/specific role responsibilities will be discussed in the interview process)

The ideal candidate for this role has had a long career in digital/social media marketing and has a proven history managing a social media and content creation team with measurable results.

Salary Range: $100,000-$170,000 plus benefits. This position has a base + company performance compensation structure that will be discussed in the interview process.

Role Location: Denver

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 10+ years  client management experience
  • 10+ years social media experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successfully managed clients and campaigns growing audiences across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and/or Eventbrite (and have the data to back it up!)
  • Fluent in Canva and/or Adobe and have creative direction experience
  • Experience with Sprout Social and/or Agorapulse
  • Experience leveraging Google Analytics
  • Some travel in and around the Denver metro area, to and from Wisconsin

Preferred Qualifications, Interests & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, graphic design, marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or PR preferred
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics
  • Experience in the tourism or e-commerce industries
  • Experience working within Asana or a similar project management tool
  • Experience working within Hubspot or a similar marketing CRM tool
